Carly Rowena is a personal trainer, health and fitness blogger, Instagram influencer and mum of one. Her workouts inspire a large community of women with more than 165k followers on Instagram. She is known for her instinctive nature, honesty and openness. She was born in Norwich, England on May 25, 1987. She married to fellow YouTuber Leon Bustin of The Lean Machines. Personal trainer and Instagram influencer, Carly Rowena has been sharing her workouts, recipes, and daily life online for the last few years. She shares daily workouts, food tips, tricks and recipes and also provides online support to her followers. She offers 12 Week Transformation Guide ‘Get Gorgeous’ which you can get online or as a physical book. The Get Gorgeous Guide has a combination of nutrition and fitness tips to help you with fitness, health and wellness. You can easily complete these exercises. Her followers who take part in these workouts are encouraged to share their pictures or meals across Instagram and other social media platforms. She earned extensive fame and get some awards as well.

Carly Rowena has worked as a marketing manager for BMW and Mini before starting her career as YouTuber. She is like an open book on her all social channels. She launched her YouTube channel in 2014 but has above 425k subscribers on her self-titled YouTube channel, and over 107k views per month. She has created 4 workout cards: for pregnancy, home, working on your own body and investing in equipment. When it comes to fitness and health, her philosophy is greatly attached to confidence and happiness. Carly Rowena does three workouts per week, Day 1 is Abs, Day 2 is Legs and Day 3 is Upper Body with additional workouts at the back. If you prefer 20 reps then it is 20 per leg or per arm. She recommends a 20 to 30-minute walk each day, adds some water bottles or weights to your backpack if you wish to improve intensity. She also recommends some classes once or twice a week, such as boxing, Les Mils, spinning, Zumba or Running. You can notice the fitness changes within two weeks but opt for physical changes by 3 to 6 weeks. For tracking out the fitness changes, she recommends taking a photo every Monday morning in the same clothes and using a measuring tape to see actually measured changes.
