Though her native Denmark may be famous for it’s Viking heritage, LEGO, and a wide variety of different pastries, butter, and cheese, Celie is molding a path to fame all her own with her unique social media presence. Though more recognizable today as a paradigm of fitness, Celie’s childhood was less than ideal. Growing up she was constantly bullied by her classmates and peers. The bullying and harassment got so bad that she lost a great deal of self-confidence and would even dread going outside out of fear of running into one of her classmates.

Choosing to not be deterred, Celie decided to take control of her own life and began exercising at the gym. Over time and through a steady commitment to fitness she went from bullied teen to a social media fitness influencer with thousands of followers and a hard-earned sense of confidence. While some may say karma’s a “B-word” in regards to her rising out of her previous identity as a bullied child while her bullies, well, no one knows what they did with their lives, Celie Josefine Lindblad herself may choose to take the high ground instead. One of the other reasons for her popularity is her positive and motivational sayings which she shares along with her photos and updates. Her story of overcoming past struggles to become the person she wants to be is no doubt an inspiration to her fans and followers.

At 5’5” and weighing in at anywhere from 125 to 135 pounds, Celie Josefine Lindblad is a real dynamo, clocking in impressive workouts 6 to 7 times a week. Her regimen follows a 3-day split, where she works out all muscles within a 3-day span and then repeats the cycle again. Celie Josefine Lindblad loves a good workout, even on off days in which she almost always incorporates HIIT cardio. HIIT cardio, the high intensity, burst cardio style along with lots of high power workouts that focus on the lower back and legs. Her signature exercises are sumo squats, Bulgarian split squats, hip thrusts, and walking lunges. All movements that build powerful and incredible looking legs that she shows off on her social media accounts. As for her diet? A more carefree attitude seems to be her menu of choice. Surprisingly, Celie Josefine Lindblad doesn’t macro or count calories. Though her typical daily diet is far from junk food, with Celie Josefine Lindblad usually opting for lean protein foods like chicken and eggs and plenty of fruit. To keep her going throughout her workouts and busy days are the Pre-workouts, Whey protein, BCAAs, and the amino acid supplements she takes as well.
