Based in Pennsylvania, Dana has always been passionate about sports – she started playing soccer at just 5 years old. She was recruited to play for West Chester University, as a starting defender and lead her team to the playoffs. When she graduated from college, she made the transition to lifting and entered her first figure competition in 2006 at the Lehigh Valley Championships.
She taught Physical Education at Conrad Weiser Middle School in Robesonia Pennsylvania until 2007. In 2010, she decided to pursue becoming an IFBB pro. After receiving her first IFBB pro card she quickly went on to be awarded 2nd place at Tampa, and 1st place at the Dallas Europa. In 2013, she participated in Olympia and won the name Ms. Physique Olympia. She not only becomes the first IFBB physique pro in history but also the first physique Ms. Olympia.
Dana and her husband developed their own commercial gym called the Warehouse Gym located in Reading, PA. Initially meant for competitors only, The Warehouse Gym is a state of the art training facility featuring top of the line equipment brands – such as Rogue, Nebula, Legend, Prime Steel, Hammer Strength, Cybex, Life Fitness, and several custom-made pieces. The Warehouse gym remains open throughout the year and also hosts events like the Veterans Outreach Workout (VOW). Dana Linn Bailey (DLB), has made countless appearances since competing in events such as the Fit Expo and guest poses at the Flex Lewis Classic. Alongside these guest appearances, DLB has taken up several other competitions like the American Ninja Warrior, has gotten to Nationals and The Arnold Classic for powerlifting, and lastly participated in the Brute Showdown Women’s edition alongside Brooke Ence, Maddy Forberg, and Mattie Rogers.
DLB has also become a brand ambassador for Flag Nor Fail apparel – which has evolved to cater to more than just the fitness community. They have expanded to a larger warehouse since its creation and now ships worldwide to cater large fan base. The Baileys have also created their own supplement brand, Run Everything Labs, featuring pre-workouts and thermogenic supplements. The Baileys also created merch for all three brands, Flag Nor Fail, Warehouse Gym, and Run Everything labs. Dana Linn Bailey’s net worth as of 2019 is estimated between $1 and $5 million dollars.
Recently DLB has launched her online training program known as the DLB Daily. This online training program is specially created for those people who cannot make it to the Warehouse gym. For a monthly payment, her plan provides daily workouts designed for her audience with specializations in different weight lifting sports with a simple generalized meal plan to help her clients reach their fitness goals. Dana’s is inspirational role models many people not only follow her on Instagram but also on Facebook and YouTube. She usually uploads her workout videos on the official website for her followers to help out them in their daily life routine. Dana Linn’s goal is to build her followers both physically, mentally, and emotionally so that they become a powerhouse of their own and accomplish all of their goals.
