Eddie follows a rigorous weekly fitness regime. Monday is his leg day where he does his squats, leg press, and yoke. He works out for 3-4 hours a day. He takes lots of rests between his squats and leg press and does an hour of the yoke. Tuesday is his chest day where the exercise of a flat bench, inclined bench, and exercise for triceps is done. He believes in keeping it simple and taking long rests between sets of exercises. Wednesday is a full recovery day where he does an hour of cardio which can include anything from tire flipping, sled pushing, or boxing. Thursday is his back day where he follows his rule of keeping it simple and does deadlifts first which is usually followed by assistance exercises like pulldown and rowing exercise. Friday is his shoulders day where he usually does dumbbell presses. Saturday is his full body recovery day where he follows the same routine as Wednesday. On Sunday he swims for an hour or so and then stretches for about an hour and a half and another one and a half hours of hot or cold treatment.

He is hilarious and his day to day life is just as normal as anyone’s life but it surely motivates people. He is a loving husband, a dedicated father, and the world’s strongest man but he also advocates mental health. Also, his Instagram and YouTube feed renders deadlifting tutorials and information that is most valuable for upcoming dead lifters. Also, on his social media channels. His core message is to teach his followers how a strong mind will help them create a positive environment around them. From being a truck mechanic to achieving what he has achieved makes him an influencer who gives people hope.
