Katie Crewe, a 28-year-old inspiring, spiritual, and young Canadian fitness and health coach with 1 million Instagram followers, is famous for posting fitness videos of her incendiary push-ups and the low-calorie recipes she creates. She was like all other girls who hate going gym and focusing on maintaining waist. She was indulged in cardio classes, but after moving to classes using weights, Katie realized that to achieve the physique she wants would take her more than light weight lifting. She told her fans that she was super frightened to enter the weight room, but then she realized everyone there was more focused on lifting than judging her, and from that, her journey started!
