His body fat changes between 12 and 3 % because he bulks during the winter season from a health perspective. He divides his daily diet into six meals by which he consumes about 245g of protein. Usually, between each meal, there are 2-3 hours. He prefers to eat high protein and low-carb foods as they help him in regulating his muscle density. Following is a sample of his diet;

  • Breakfast- Eggs, oatmeal, grapefruit & peanut butter
  • Morning Snack- Rice, Chicken & Broccoli
  • Lunch- Avocados, tuna & pasta
  • Post-workout Snack- Rice & chicken
  • Dinner-Salmon plus green salad
