Later in the year 2019, she launched her program #READYSETYOGA: Splits Edition which is available on her website, the software application can be downloaded on any device. This app will help someone get more flexible, movable and sturdy, in a fine-tuned way. The app emphasizes on the muscles and joints of the pelvic girdle and thighs. In her yoga classes, the balance between structure and fluidity, firmness and softness, movement, and breath are the main theme. Martina builds the online yoga community to share her great passion for yoga by reaching as many people as possible in a more accessible way. She believes that balance is the key to attain a beautiful and healthy body.
