An Outlook on her Personal Life

Today Robin is a well-established athlete and a famous personality who is followed by her worldwide fans. Gallant was born in the year 1994. She is Canadian and lives in the UK!

She has been qualified in Science of Exercise, Strength & Conditioning, as well as human Nutrition. Gallant has a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in the field of Molecular Biology and Bio-Chem/Eng from Dalhousie University back in 2015.

Her main aim is to empower other women so that they can gain self-confidence to help to maintain their body and live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. She says her career and past pursued endeavors had made her tougher to face any difficult situation with ease.

During her college days, she had a keen interest in increasing her knowledge about human metabolism and Nutrition. She chooses weight-lifting as the best way to avoid education stresses and to improve her appearance.

She joined YouTube in October 2014, till now she has achieved about 403K subscribers of the channel. Her channel is also of much help for both Regular and new Gymers who want some inspiration from someone. Many of her followers like to watch her every often and cannot resist themselves to skip any of Robin’s single videos.

Similarly, on Instagram, Gallant has been followed up by more than 900K people. Back in 2014, she started working on her body and finally achieve a good figure by 2015 as a tremendous transformation on her body.

The time when Gallant prepares herself as a figure competitor and power-lifter, she started posting her videos and pics on Instagram. She also publicly shared her experiences about her success in competitions.

Her incredible transformation pics had gained the attention of a big community of fitness enthusiasts. So, this was the time from where her new profession, i.e., social media influencer, starts. By 2017, she was listed under the names of famous online fitness icons.

She is ASUPL’s national-level qualified Powerlifter. Gallant achieved runners up position at the 2015’s national powerlifting championship of Canada in 47 kilograms. Also, she stood 2nd position in 2016, for her bodybuilding figure at New York’s OCB Stats Natural, both Open & Novice. Gallant is a sponsored athlete of Gymshark. She has made powerlifting records of doing 207lbs deadlifts, 116lbs bench press, and 176lbs Squat. She did it at a bodyweight of about 46 kilograms or 103lbs.

b) Height – 157.5 cm or 5 feet and 2 inches

She always trains herself using compound movements as big three lifts, including deadlifts, squat, bench press. Gallant loves to do Leg day, and the routine includes the following;

a) The warm-up session with Wide Squats and 15 reps of lightweight – 2 sets.
b) Wide Squats and 12 reps of heavyweight – 3 sets.
c) 30 reps of Dumbbell Stiff Leg Deadlifts – 2 sets.
d) 25 meters of Walking Lunges – 4 sets.
e) 15 reps of Hamstring Curls with Stability Ball – 3 sets.
f) 20 reps of Single and Regular Leg Press (Superset) – 4 sets.
g) 25 reps of Glute Bridges – 3 sets.
h) 5 minutes of High Incline Stair Master.
