Who is Ross Edgley

Born in Grantham, Lincolnshire with athletic parents, Edgley kick-started his career by playing water polo in Great Britain. He then studied Sport and Exercise Science at Loughborough University. Edgley received first-class honors for his college dissertation. This inspired him to apply his academic knowledge and experience to become a coach and performance nutritionist.

The Art of Resilience

Edgley is a best-selling author. His second book, “The Art of Resilience” illustrates his journey of famously running a marathon pulling a 1.4-ton car and climbing a rope the height of Everest. It also documents his experience of living with Japanese monks and Shamans in the Amazon. He studied the performance of tough athletes, military fitness specialists, and interviewed psychologists to uncover the intricacies of a resilient mind. His first book “The World’s Fittest Book” was also a best-seller.
