Whitney Johns is a fitness model, trainer, and an influencer with half a million followers on Instagram. She works for fitness companies as a bikini model and has been on numerous magazine covers earning herself the status of a global fitness icon. Whitney Johns grew up in Idaho. As a child, Whitney was never able to excel in any sport. She tried dancing, gymnastics but never achieved anything. Exploring more about her goals, she eventually tried athletics. Pumped up by her weightlifting enthusiasm, Whitney opted for a professional career in fitness coaching too. She is a licensed online/personal trainer and posts numerous weightlifting and training videos. Her favorite exercises include kettlebell swings for glutes, barbell squats, and donkey kicks. As a bikini model, Whitney has a lot of photos posing in a bikini, showing her carved abs and muscles. She does break her dieting rules to have ice cream as her favorite cheat meal. She loves working for fitness apparel, nutrition, and supplement brands as a model. That is her biggest motivation to stay in her best shape. She likes training hard and is always ready to try new and challenging workouts. Her favorite method of training is boxing, kickboxing, and MMA training. She believes it is the best way to maintain mental and physical strength.
